Privacy Policy
What I collect, and what I do with it.
Short version: I collect what you type into the Diagnostic form, I use it to respond to you, and I never sell it or share it without your permission.
Draft — for review before launch.

The specifics.
What is collected. Only what you enter on the Diagnostic form: your name, business name, email address, an optional phone number, a revenue range, and your description of the problem you are trying to solve. Standard web server logs record the usual technical information — IP address, browser, pages requested.
Why. To respond to your inquiry, to determine whether an engagement is a fit, and to prepare properly before we speak. Nothing else.
What is never done with it. It is not sold. It is not rented. It is not shared with any third party for marketing. It is not used to add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Please do not send financial records through this form. General ledgers, statements, tax returns and similar documents are exchanged under a signed confidentiality agreement once we have spoken — never through a public web form.
Where it goes. A submission is delivered straight into the Modern Financial Intelligence Microsoft 365 mailbox and is stored there. No outside form service receives it, holds it, or keeps a copy. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, which handles the request and keeps standard server logs; Microsoft provides the mailbox. Those two are the only outside parties that touch anything you send.
Retention and access. Submissions are retained in that mailbox so they can be found later. You can ask at any time what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to brian@mfinancialintel.com.
Client information. Information provided during a paid engagement is governed by the confidentiality terms of the engagement agreement, not by this policy.
